Yes, this TV comes with Netflix on it.

What apps are built into tv

Vudu, Netflix, Pandora. All of the main apps. And runs in 4k. Really any app that is Google tv

Does it have internet access?

Not like a browser. It is wifi capable for streaming and it has an ethernet port. The one thing I didn't realize that I don't like is you can't download additional apps beyond what it comes with. So you either have to sling it from your phone or use a third party device for your apps (fire tv for example).
